Show Booking terms
1. Scope
These terms apply exclusively to the METAVITAL Booking online platform at booking.metavital-system.eu and related services provided by METAVITAL GmbH ("Provider"). They supplement the terms of the METAVITAL website (metavital.eu). By registering or using the platform, you agree to both sets of terms.
2. Contract and registration
The user agreement is formed upon successful registration or acceptance of an account created by the Provider. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Login credentials must be kept confidential.
3. Platform services
METAVITAL Booking allows management of appointments, licenses, and devices related to METAVITAL products. The Provider may adjust or extend features where users' legitimate interests are preserved.
4. Licenses and devices
Linking software licenses and devices is subject to valid METAVITAL license agreements. There is no entitlement to permanent availability of individual interfaces or CRM data unless required by law.
5. User obligations
You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or transmit unlawful content. The Provider may suspend or delete accounts in case of violations.
6. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Provider's privacy policy. Please refer to the current privacy information on the METAVITAL website.
7. Liability
The Provider is fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical contractual damages where permitted by law.
8. Term and termination
You may delete your account at any time in profile settings. The Provider may suspend or delete accounts for good cause, especially in case of violations of these terms.
9. Changes to the terms
The Provider may update these terms. You will be informed of material changes; continued use requires acceptance of the updated version.
10. Final provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the Provider's registered office where permitted. If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
